Jeremy Mikolajczak is an independent curator and the Director of the University of Central Missouri’s Gallery of Art and Design. His previous professional experiences include Assistant Gallery Director, Andrew Hollingsworth in Chicago, Illinois, and Curator of Exhibitions at Studio 23/The Arts Center in Bay City, Michigan. Mikolajczak has worked with major private, corporate, and museological art collections, as well as regional, national, and international artists, He has curated multiple solo and group exhibitions focusing on the importance of contemporary art within historical and cultural precedence. Mikolajczak holds an MFA from the University of Florida (2007) and a BFA from West Virginia University (2002) with an emphasis on contemporary art theory and practice. He resides in Kansas City, Missouri.
