WonderFair (6-24)

The Wonder Fair Family — Jason Barr, Kelly Clark, Eric Dobbins, and Lee Piechocki – present a new exhibition opening Final Friday June 24 in Lawrence, Kansas: "Things have a tendency to accumulate; matter, trash, cells, atoms, ideas, human-beings. Mysterious forces push and pull these things into bigger more complex things. Gravity acts on our skeletons, electromagnetism on our neurons, and desire on our souls. A bit of carbon, some thermodynamics, geologic span of time – presto, a diamond! Four artists, shared piece of bubble-gum, a dash of entrepreneurial verve, smudge of paint and a megaphone – presto, The Wonder Fair!" Image: courtesy of the gallery
